The participants will be announced on this blog and contacted by email by 20 July 2010.

The transportation to and from the island will be covered by the Istanbul Technical University. A minibus will take the group from Istanbul Technical University Taşkışla Campus (Taksim-Istanbul) on Friday 6 August 2010 early in the morning and leave us at the same place on Sunday 16 August 2010 evening. The exact hours will be announced here as the details emerge.

The participants will need to be in Istanbul before Friday 6 August 2010. The organisation does not include accomodation in Istanbul, but advice can be given as need be.

The municipality of Gökçeada offers us free accomodation in Gökçeada. We will be staying at a student hall for 10 nights. The details will be announced here soon.

The participants will be responsible for their own food and other expanses.

As the workshop organisers, we do not request any fee.
